The STARDUST website has passed the first round is now among the finalists of the 2018 .eu Web Awards. Among the categories made available in the awards, www.stardustproject.eu participated under “Better World”, which is reserved to websites that represent green initiatives and environmentally-friendly organisations.
Launched in 2014, the Web Awards wishes to acknowledge the best websites that use the .eu or .ею (Cyrillic script) extensions. A winner will be selected in each of the categories and announced during the 2018 .eu Web Awards Gala on the 21st of November in Brussels. The whole competition has been organised by EURid, the registry manager of the .eu and .ею country code top-level domains upon appointment of the European Commission in 2003.
Our project website, developed by iCube, has gained recognition and attention from viewers all over the world, triggering the imagination of citizens, policy makers, researchers and industries and showing them how sustainable and smart cities can really come true.
