Also known as Londonderry, Derry City and Strabane District Council area is home to the second largest urban centre in Northern Ireland. It is supported and connected to Strabane, a historic, thriving market town and many other vibrant rural towns and villages. The Council area is set within the foothills of the Sperrin Mountains – a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
