Webinar Series | Electric mobility in Trento: Technology infrastructure approach and action plan

Discover with us the progress of Trento City in the promotion of electric mobility through a plan to develop a network of charging points and the introduction of electric vehicles in the municipal car fleet!

As a part of the European STARDUST project, one of the key objectives of the City of Trento is the promotion of electric mobility through a plan to develop a network of charging points and the introduction of electric vehicles in the municipal car fleet.

The webinar, hosted by EURAC and the Municipality of Trento, will take place on Thursday 14 December 2023.

It will be divided into two sessions.

Firstly, it will delve into the approach taken to planning the public charging infrastructure to support electric mobility in Trento.
Secondly, it 
will look at the action plan that the municipality intends to implement to replace diesel buses with electric ones.

Get to know the panelists 

Alyona Zubaryeva

Alyona is a senior researcher and project manager at Eurac Research. She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences and a M.Sc. in Environmental Resources Management. She has over 15 years’ experience in the field of sustainable transport and electric mobility technologies. Her main fields of research interests are Low-Carbon Mobility; Smart Cities and regions, Renewable Energy in Transport.

 Alex Tomasi

Alex is a project manager at the Innovation and Digital Transition department at the Municipality of Trento. He coordinates the Stardust activities for the Municipality. He is also involved in other innovation projects and also coordinates the activities related to the Smart City Control Room in his department.
He holds a master’s degree in computer science (specialisation Software Technologies) from University of Trento.
