STARDUST project coordinator, Florencio Manteca, presented the European Lighthouse Smart Cities project, Stardust to the city of Pamplona, one of its Lighthouse cities. Together with the director of CENER (Energética Edificatoria del Centro Nacional de Energías Renovables), the Mayor and the Vice-President of Economic Development, they gave an introduction on the project and pointed out the pilot actions to be implemented in selected areas of Pamplona.
