On the backdrop of the EU green deal and the Urban Agenda for the EU, Europe is now working on an ambitious strategy to become the first climate-neutral continent, and ensuring liveability, prosperity and well-being for all people in the process. To reach these ambitious goals, urban transformations play a crucial role. Without getting neighbourhoods, towns, municipalities, cities and urban areas right, a great number of efforts will be lost.

JPI Urban Europe steps up the game to be the driver of urban transitions and to support capacity building on all levels to realise the required transformations.
